High Quality HDPE Geomembrane Liner Waterproofing

HDPE geomembrane, also known as high-density polyethylene geomembrane, is a waterproofing material made from high-molecular-weight polymers. Its primary components are HDPE polymer resin, carbon black, antioxidants, anti-aging agents, and various additives, such as UV absorbers. The ratio of HDPE resin to additives is 97.5/2.5, meaning 97.5% HDPE raw material and 2.5% additives.

It is manufactured using triple co-extrusion technology using state-of-the-art automated equipment imported from Germany.

Types & Parameters

Based on their surface finish, HDPE geomembranes can be categorized as smooth HDPE geomembranes and textured HDPE geomembranes (including those with textures on both sides and one side).

Textured geomembranes have a higher coefficient of friction than smooth geomembranes.

Environmental Protection Projects:

60 mil HDPE liners or 2.0 mm geomembrane liners are used for municipal solid waste landfills and hazardous waste landfills (bottom liner system & top cover system to prevent leachate from contaminating groundwater, control landfill gas, and prevent rainwater infiltration).

60 mil HDPE liners are used for seepage prevention in regulating ponds, anaerobic ponds, and oxidation ponds.

2.0 mm thick liners are used for industrial tailings ponds and red mud dumps (to prevent leakage of hazardous substances).

Water Conservancy Projects:

Construction:

For basement moisture barriers, use 0.5-1.5mm geomembrane lining, rooftop garden root barrier, and 20 mil HDPE geomembrane lining for tunnel/subway waterproofing.
